In my school, we all had to choose a CCA(Co-Curricular Activities) when we were primary 3 and my CCA was CO(Chinese Orchestra. In it, I learnt how to play the Pipa (琵琶), which is a four-stringed chinese instrument.For my CCA days,I would play with the whole orchestra on Thursday afternoons while on fridays, I would have the sectional lessons(which is playing with my pipa group under the guidence of our teacher) and although sometimes it was tough , I got through with the help of my friends and teachers.
We would also have performances lwhen we play in front of an audience ,like the every year chinese new year and mid-autum ones in my school.I have also gone to old-folks home and a hospital to perform for VIA(Values in action), like in Ng Teng Hospital.
Since then, I have learnt many new things and am glad to have join the CCA.
